COMES NOW, ldaho Power Company ("ldaho Power" or "Company"), and in
response to the First Production Request of CoxCom, LLC, to All Parties dated April 10,
2017, herewith submits the following information:

REQUEST NO. 1: lf ldaho Power Company constructs new facilities as
described in its application in this matter subsequent to whatever permitting processes
ultimately the law requires, do you object to the construction of those facilities such that
they provide space for pole attachments of Cox's facilities that are currently attached to
the ldaho Power facilities which will be replaced as described in the application?
RESPONSE TO REQUEST NO. 1: ldaho Power does not object to the
construction of its proposed new 138 kilovolt transmission line ("Transmission Line")
such that it provides space for pole attachments of CoxCom, LLC's ("Cox") facilities. ln
the Company's Conditional Use Permit Application with Blaine County, ldaho Power
provided two overhead configuration options for the Transmission Line: a taller
structure option which would provide pole attachment space for communications lines
(including Cox communications lines) and a shorter structure option which would not
provide pole attachment space for communications lines.
