IDAHO PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION

MINUTES OF DECISION MEETING

JULY 29, 2013 – 1:30 P.M.

In attendance were Commissioners Paul Kjellander and Mack Redford. Commissioner Marsha Smith was absent and excused. Commissioner Kjellander called the meeting to order.

The first order of business was APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM PREVIOUS MEETING on Monday, July 15, 2013. The Commission voted unanimously to approve the minutes as written.
The second order of business was approval of the CONSENT AGENDA:
2. Cathleen McHugh's July 23, 2013 Decision Memorandum re: Tariff Advice 13-02 Regarding Revisions to Schedule 95 - Adjustment for Municipal Franchise Fees.3. Commissioner Kjellander made a motion to approve Staff’s recommendations for items 2 through 7 on the Consent Agenda. There was no discussion. A vote was taken on the motion and it carried unanimously.
The final order of business was FULLY SUBMITTED MATTERS:
8. Deliberation re: PacifiCorp's Application for Approval of a Power Purchase Agreement with St. Anthony Hydro, LLC, Case No. PAC-E-13-07. [Don Howell, Attorney]9. Deliberation re: PacifiCorp's Application to Sell Its St. Anthony Hydroelectric Plant to St. Anthony Hydro, LLC, Case No. PAC-E-13-06. [Don Howell, Attorney]10. Deliberation re: Petition of CenturyLink Companies for Partial Waiver of the Requirements of IPUC Order No. 29841 (Filing of a Two-Year Build-Out Plan), Case Nos. Commissioner Kjellander stated that items 8 through 10 would be deliberated privately.
There was no further business before the Commission and Commissioner Kjellander adjourned the meeting.
