IDAHO PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION

MINUTES OF DECISION MEETING

JULY 15, 2013 – 1:30 P.M.

In attendance were Commissioners Paul Kjellander, Mack Redford and Marsha Smith. Commissioner Kjellander called the meeting to order.

The first order of business was APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM PREVIOUS MEETING on Monday, July 1, 2013. The Commission voted unanimously to approve the minutes as written.
The second order of business was approval of the CONSENT AGENDA:

Carolee Hall's July 12, 2013 Decision Memorandum re: Application for an Interconnection Agreement Between Citizens Telecommunications Company of Idaho ("Citizens") and Metropolitan Telecommunications of Idaho, Inc. d/b/a Met Tel ("Mettel"), Case No. CTC-T-13-02.3. Carolee Hall's July 12, 2013 Decision Memorandum re: Interconnection Agreement Between Frontier Communications Northwest Inc. ("Frontier") and Time Warner Cable Information Services (Idaho), LLC d/b/a Time Warner ("Time Warner") Along With an Amendment No. 1 to the Original Filing, Case No. VZN-T-13-02.4. Commissioner Kjellander made a motion to approve Staff’s recommendations for items 2 through 6 on the Consent Agenda. There was no discussion. A vote was taken on the motion and it carried unanimously.
The final order of business was FULLY SUBMITTED MATTERS:
7. Deliberation re: Columbine Telephone Company's Petition to Amend Its Certificated Service Area Boundary, Case No. COL-T-13-01. [Karl Klein, Attorney]8. Deliberation re: Intermountain Gas Company's 2013 Integrated Resource Plan (IRP), Case No. INT-G-13-03. [Karl Klein, Attorney]9. Deliberation re: Silver Star Telephone Company's Petition to Amend Its Certificated Service Area Boundary, Case No. SIL-T-13-01. {Karl Klein, Attorney]
Commissioner Kjellander stated that items 7 through 9 would be deliberated privately.
There was no further business before the Commission and Commissioner Kjellander adjourned the meeting.
