COMES NOW, ldaho Power Company ("ldaho Power") and supplements its
response to the ldaho Public Utilities Commission Staffs Production Request No. 23
dated February 9 and 14,2017, as follows:
IDAHO POWER COMPANY'S SUPPLEMENTAL RESPONSE
TO THE COMMISSION STAFF'S PRODUCTION REQUEST NO. 23 - 1
REQUEST NO. 23: Please provide a copy of final EPC contract, construction
organization charts, construction schedules (baseline vs. actual), project status reports,
action item lists, and change orders for plant investment projects listed in Exhibit No. 4
of Harvey's direct testimony that are greater than $3,000,000 in value.
SUPPLEMENTAL RESPONSE TO REQUEST NO. 23: PIease see Attachment
1 provided on the enclosed CD for change orders 3, 4, and 7 for the Unit 1 cooling
tower not included in ldaho Power's original response to this Request. Attachments 2
through 33 provide the status/progress reports and meeting minutes for the Unit 2
scrubber upgrade project.
The response to this Request is sponsored by Tom Harvey, Resource Planning
and Operations Director, ldaho Power Company.
