HomeMy WebLinkAbout20130610min.docIDAHO PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION MINUTES OF DECISION MEETING JUNE 10, 2013 – 1:30 P.M. In attendance were Commissioners Paul Kjellander, Mack Redford and Marsha Smith. Commissioner Kjellander called the meeting to order. The first order of business was APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM PREVIOUS MEETING on Monday, May 28, 2013. The Commission voted unanimously to approve the minutes as written. The second order of business was approval of the CONSENT AGENDA: 2. Carolee Hall's June 7, 2013 Decision Memorandum re: Fremont Telecom's Tariff Advice No. 13-03 Requesting Commission Approval to Correct Billing Discrepancies Between Number Reserve and Seasonal/Vacation Service Offerings and Requesting to Eliminate Number Reserve Service with a July 1, 2013 Effective Date. 3. Grace Seaman's May 31, 2013 Decision Memorandum re: Custer Telephone Broadband Services LLC's 2012 Broadband Equipment Tax Credit Application, Case No. CTB-T-13-01. 4. Grace Seaman's May 31, 2013 Decision Memorandum re: Custer Telephone Cooperative, Inc.'s 2012 Broadband Equipment Tax Credit Application, Case No. CUS-T-13-01. 5. Karl Klein's May 31, 2013 Decision Memorandum re: Columbine Telephone Company's Petition to Amend Its Certificated Service Area Boundary, Case No. COL-T-13-01. 6. Karl Klein's May 31, 2013 Decision Memorandum re: Silver Star Telephone Company's Petition to Amend Its Certificated Service Area Boundary, Case No. SIL-T-13-01. Regarding item 2, Commissioner Kjellander stated he would like to hold the matter. There were no objections. Commissioner Kjellander then made a motion to approve Staff’s recommendations for items 3 through 6 on the Consent Agenda. There was no discussion. A vote was taken on the motion and it carried unanimously. The final order of business was FULLY SUBMITTED MATTERS: 7. Deliberation re: Idaho Power's Petition for Clarification of Order No. 32776 Temporarily Suspending the Utility's A/C Cool Credit and Irrigation Peak Rewards Programs for 2013, Case No. IPC-E-12-29. [Don Howell, Attorney] 8. Deliberation re: Idaho Power Company's Application for an Accounting Order Authorizing Collection of Capitalized Custom Efficiency Incentive Programs, Case No. IPC-E-13-11. [Weldon Stutzman, Attorney] Commissioner Kjellander stated that items 7 and 8 would be deliberated privately.
