Enclosed you will find a replacement certificate of service page of the Second
Production Request to Idatro Power filed yesterday by the Industrial Customers of Idaho
Power in the above referenced matter. The original certificate of service page incorrectly
referenoed the First Production Request of the ICIP rather than the Second Production
Request. The original certificate of service also incorrectly stated it was served on May
3,2016 rather than May 18, 2016. Would you please substitute the enclosed for the
original certificate of service page that was filed yesterday. Thank you for your attention
