The Staff of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission requests that Idaho Power Company
provide the following documents and information as soon as possible, by THURSDAY,
MAY 5,2016.r
This Production Request is continuing, and the Company is requested to provide, by way
of supplementary responses, additional documents that it or any person acting on its behalf may
later obtain that will augment the documents or information produced.
Please provide answers to each question, supporting workpapers that provide detail or are
the source of information used in calculations. Please include the name, job title, location and
phone number of the record holder.

In addition to the written copies provided as response to the questions, please provide all
Excel and electronic files on CD with formulas activated.
REQUEST NO. 1: Please provide workpapers that reflects the method used to derive
the revenue-smoothed (redistributed) base net power costs shown on lines 32 through 37,ltte 56,
and line 67 in Matt Larkin's Exhibit #1 from the original Aurora Base Net Power Supply
Expense in base rates for the deferral period for all NPSE accounts. Please include all
worksheets with calculations intact.
REQUEST NO.2: Please provide workpapers used to calculate the percentages in lines
6 and 7 of Matt Larkin's Exhibit I including an explanation of the method and basis used to
determine the amounts. Please include all worksheets with calculations intact.
REQUEST NO.3: Please provide a spreadsheet listing the 320 MW of solar and 50
MW of wind projects that are expected to come on-line in the 2016-2017 PCA year. Please
include the name of each project, the latitude and longitude of each project, the nameplate
capacity ofeach project, the type ofsolar array for the solar projects, the expected on-line date
for each project, the expected MWh production during the2016-2017 PCA year for each project,
the owner's name, and the current estimated percentage of completed construction for each
project.
REQUEST NO. 4: Please provide data on the 2015 forecasted and current reservoir
levels for the Upper Snake River Basin.
REQUEST NO. 5: Please provide the Actual Idaho Jurisdictional Billing Monthly Sales
for each customer class from line 5 of Mr. Larkin's Exhibit No. 1. Please provide this
breakdown for each month listed in the exhibit.
