The undersigned attorney, in accordance with RP 67, believes that the
attachments provided in ldaho Power Company's responses to the ldaho Public Utilities
Commission Staffs Request Nos. 17, 19, and 25 and Idaho Power Company's
response to Staffs Request No. 24 contain information that ldaho Power Company
claims is a trade secret as described in ldaho Code S 74-101, et seg., and $ 48-801, ef
seg., and as such are exempt from public inspection, examination, or copying.
