The Staff of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission, by and through its attorney of record,
Daphne Huang, Deputy Attorney General, request that Idaho Power Co. provide the following
documents and information as soon as possible, by MONDAY, AUGUST 10,2015.1
This Production Request is continuing, and Idaho Power is requested to provide, by way
of supplementary responses, additional documents that it or any person acting on its behalf may
later obtain that will augment the documents produced.
Please provide answers to each question, supporting workpapers that provide detail or are
the source of information used in calculations. Idaho Power is reminded that responses pursuant
to Commission Rules of Procedure must include the name and phone number of the

REQUEST NO. 1: Please provide an estimate of both the S-year and the 2}-year
levelized avoided costs that would be offered to Site Based Energy if its proposed project was
considered a single project under the IRP Methodology. For purposes of the estimate, please
assume a location in the calculation queue that reflects the timing of Site Based Energy's
proposal and the indicative price requests by other proposed projects that may be earlier in the
queue.
