The Staff of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission requests that Idaho Power Company
(Company) provide the following documents and information as soon as possible, by FRIDAY,
JUNE 5,2015.
This Production Request is to be considered as continuing, and the Company is requested
to provide, by way of supplementary responses, additional documents that it or any person acting
on its behalf may later obtain that will augment the documents or information produced.
Please provide answers to each question, supporting workpapers that provide detail or are
the source of information used in calculations, and the name, job title and telephone number of
the person preparing the documents. Please identiff the name, job title, location and telephone
number of the record holder.
In addition to the written copies provided as response to the requests, please provide all
Excel and electronic files on CD with formulas activated.

REQUEST NO. 7: Results from the 2014 Weatherization Program Customer Survey
(page 16 of the 2014 WAQC Annual Report) state "Over 47 percent of respondents learned of
the program from a friend or relative, and another almost l5 percent learned of the program from
an agency flyer." Please explain any ideas the Company has on how the CAP agencies might
increase the awareness of the weatherization program?
REQUEST NO.8: The number of homes weatherized by SCCAP (South Central
Community Action Partnership) decreased by 55% in program year 2014 when compared to
program year 2013. Why was there such a substantial decrease?
REQUEST NO. 9: Unspent funding carryover at the conclusion of program year 2014
totaled $112,536. Why aren't the weatheization funds being spent each year? What is the
reason for the ongoing carryover of unspent funds from program year to progrrlm year?
