COMES NOW, ldaho Power Company ("ldaho Powe/' or "Company") and
supplements its response to J. R. Simplot Company's Request for Production No. 4
dated February 3,2015, as follows:
IDAHO POWER COMPANY'S SUPPLEMENTAL RESPONSE TO
J. R. SIMPLOT COMPANY'S REQUEST FOR PRODUCT]ON NO.4 - 1
REQUEST FOR PRODUCTION NO. 4: Reference Exhibit No. 3, providing an
identity-blind list of the 885 MW solar QFs cunently in the queue. For each project
listed:
(a) Explain whether or not the project has provided all of the information
necessary to obtain indicative pricing under Schedule 73 (items 1.a. i-xiv. on pages 4-5
of the schedule), and if the project met the requirements, please provide the material
supplied with the identity of the project redacted;
(b) Explain whether or not the project has provided al! of the information
necessary obtain a draft energy sales agreement under Schedule 73 (items 1.e. i.-iv. on
pages 5-6 of the schedule), and if the project met the requirements, please provide the
material supplied with the identity of the project redacted;
(c) Explain whether the project is still in compliance with the requirement in
Schedule 73 that it timely meet all of the steps for responding to the Company, as
required on page 7, subpart 1 .n. of the schedule;
(d) Please provide the indicative pricing for each year of a 2O-year contract
term for each project calculated in accordance with the approved IRP methodology;
(e) Please provide the indicative prices for each year of a twenty-year
contract term calculated as in subpart (d) but with the energy and capacity components
updated to count as committed resources all QFs that provided all information described
in items (a) and (b) prior to the project in question;
(0 ldentify the interconnection queue number for each project, and please
provide a copy of the queue.

J. R. SIMPLOT COMPANY'S REQUEST FOR PRODUCTION NO.4 - 2
Idaho Power hereby provides the following supplementa! responses to Request for
Production Nos. 4(a) and 4(b):
(a) ln ldaho Powe/s original response to this subsection, it provided a table
listing each project from Allphin Exhibit No. 3 and indicated "Yes" or "No" under a
column heading for providing Schedule 73 information, or the equivalent, in order to
obtain indicative pricing. "Yes" was indicated for 14 of the 36 ldaho projects: Projects
A1, A2,81,B.2, and C1 through C10. All of these projects predate Idaho Public Utilities
Commission ("Commission") approval of Schedule 73 and Schedule 73's use of a
standard application. However, for all projects, Exhibit No. 3 lists the nameplate
capacity, the requested contract term, the state, the estimated operation date, as well
as the estimated contractual obligation. Projects 41, A2, 81, and 82 did not submit
Schedule 73 applications. Projects Cl through C10, even though they predate
Commission approval of Schedule 73, did submit Schedule 73 applications. For those
projects that submitted Schedule 73 applications, attached hereto are redacted copies
of those applications. The only other materials provided by these projects that received
indicative pricing are the projects' generation profiles, which are necessary to run the
pricing models, and, in some instances, maps of the locations of the projects. The
maps have not been provided as they are proprietary/confidential information.
Generation profiles are attached hereto for each project for which "Yes" was indicated in
ldaho Poweds original response. There are no other materials to provide.
(b) As indicated in the table provided with ldaho Powe/s original response to
Request for Production No. 4(b), the only project listed in Exhibit No. 3 that received a

draft Energy Sales Agreement ('ESA') is Project A1. The draft ESA, as well as the
indicative pricing, for Project Al was provided prior to the Commission's approval of
Schedule 73; therefore, there are no Schedule 73 materials to provide. Beyond what
was provided by this project as described in the Gompany's response to Request for
Production No. 4(a) above, Exhibit No. 3, and this supplemental response, ldaho Power
met with representatives of this proposed project and was provided with additional
project information necessary to complete the draft ESA, such as contracting party,
Iegal description of location, representative for legal notice and communications in the
contract, etc. There are no other materials to provide.

Preamble and lnstructions
All generation facilities that qualify pursuant to ldaho Power Company Schedule 73 for a QF
Energy Sales Agreement and wish to sell energy from there facility to ldaho Power must
complete the following information and submit this Application by hand delivery, mail or E-mail
to ldaho Power.
Upon receipt of a complete Application, ldaho Power shall process this request for a QF Energy
Sales Agreement pursuant to ldaho Power Company Schedule 73.
