COMES NOW, ldaho Power Company ("ldaho Power" or "Comp?ny"), and in
response to the First Production Request of the Commission Staff to ldaho Power
Company dated August 2,2017, herewith submits the following information:

REQUEST NO. 1: Please provide documentation listing all QF projects and
associated capacity contributions in the Company's load resource balance in the 2013,
2015, and 2017 lRPs.
RESPONSE TO REQUEST NO. 1: The Excel file provided on the enclosed CD
contains the forecast generation by qualifying facility (QF) project contained in each of
the 2013,2015, and 2017 lntegrated Resource Plans ('lRP'). Specific project names
have been removed with the exception of Clark Canyon Hydro. The monthly total
average megawatts derived from the sum of the generation forecasts for all projects is
found in each respective IRP's Appendix C: Technical Report - Monthly Average
Energy Load and Resource Balance, on the line labeled'CSPP (PURPA)."
Please note that estimated generation for Clark Canyon Hydro was included in
the 2013 IRP pursuant to the project's previously approved Energy Sales Agreement
("ESA'), which was subsequently terminated. Once the previously approved ESA was
terminated, the estimated generation from that ESA was removed. Clark Canyon Hydro
has never delivered energy to ldaho Power. Clark Canyon Hydro remained listed as a
project under contract in the 2015 and 2017 IRPs, but its estimated generation was
included as zero in 2015 and 2017 because that ESA (which is the ESA currently before
the ldaho Public Utilities Commission ("Commission") for approval or rejection) has not
yet been approved by the Commission.
