MINUTES OF DECISION MEETING
SEPTEMBER 24, 2012 – 1:30 P.M.
In attendance were Commissioners Paul Kjellander, Mack Redford and Marsha Smith.
The first order of business was APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM PREVIOUS MEETING on Monday, September 17, 2012. The Commission voted unanimously to approve the minutes as written.
The next order of business was FULLY SUBMITTED MATTERS:
2. Deliberation re: Avista's Annual PGA Filing, Case No. AVU-G-12-05. [Karl Klein, Attorney] 3. Deliberation re: Avista's Applications to Suspend Natural Gas DSM Portfolio by Revising Schedules 190 and 191, Case Nos. AVU-G-12-03 and AVU-G-12-06. [Karl Klein, Attorney] 4. Deliberation re: Decrease Energy Efficiency Public Purpose Rider, Schedule 91, Case No. AVU-E-12-07. [Karl Klein, Attorney] 5. Deliberation re: Intermountain Gas Company's Annual Purchased Gas Cost Adjustment (PGA), Case No. INT-G-12-01. [Neil Price, Attorney]
Commissioner Kjellander stated that items 2 through 5 would be deliberated privately.
There was no further business before the Commission and Commissioner Kjellander adjourned the meeting.
