BEFORE THE IDAHO PUBLIC UTILITIES COMM]SSION
COMES NOW, ldaho Power Company ("ldaho Powe/' or "Compohy"), and in
response to the Second Production Request of the Commission Staff ("Staff') to ldaho
Power Company dated October 11, 2013, herewith submits the following information:
IDAHO POWER COMPANY'S RESPONSE TO THE SECOND PRODUCTION
REQUEST OF THE COMMISSION STAFF TO IDAHO POWER COMPANY - 1
REQUEST NO. 7: Please provide the total NEEA energy savings estimate for
Idaho Powe/s service territory based on actua! sales (not funding share) for 2009-2012,
which is availabb by request through NEEA. The energy savings should be broken
down by initiative and year, and should cite a source for the measure savings.
RESPONSE TO REQUEST NO. 7: ldaho Power asked Northwest Energy
Efficiency Alliance ('NEEA") for the information to respond to this request. Please see
the PDF (Attachment 1) located on the enclosed CD for NEEA's response and the Excel
file (Attachment 2) also located on the enclosed CD for the supporting documentation.
The response to this Request is sponsored by Pete Pengilly, Customer Research
and Analysis Leader ldaho Power Company.

REQUEST NO. 8: Please provide forecasted energy savings for ldaho Power
(by funding share) in the next NEEA funding cycle, assuming that the Company
continues funding under NEEA's existing methodology, which is available by request
through NEEA. Please indicate which initiatives are likely to generate most of the
savings.
RESPONSE TO REQUEST NO. 8: ldaho Power requested from NEEA the
information to respond to this request. Please see the PDF (Attachment 1) located on
the enclosed CD for NEEA's response and the Excel file (Attachment 2) also located on
the enclosed CD for the supporting documentation.
