BEFORE THE !DAHO PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION COMES NOW, ldaho Power Company ("Company"), by and through its attorneys, and hereby requests that the ldaho Clean Energy Association, lnc. ("!daho Clean Energy") answer the following production request and provide the following information and documents in accordance with the ldaho Public Utilities Commission's ("Commission") Rules of Procedure and applicable scheduling orders and notices issued by the Commission in this proceeding. ln anticipation of hearing please provide information that is responsive to this request no later than June 7,2013. IDAHO POWER COMPANY'S SECOND PRODUCTION REQUEST TO IDAHO CLEAN ENERGY ASSOCIATION, INC. - 1 REQUEST NO. 2: Please provide a list of ldaho Clean Energy Association's current members as referenced in Mr. Elgethun's Direct Testimony at page 2, line 19. REQUEST NO. 3: On page 2, lines 3 through 5, Mr. Dunay states that benefits of net metered solar energy systems include "... providing peak power, reducing the need for new infrastructure (transmission lines and power plants) and making ldaho's electrical grid more efficient." Please provide any analysis that served as the basis for this statement. REQUEST NO. 4: On page 3, line 11, Mr. Dunay states, "Based on my own analysis, submitted comments and discussions with the public, I believe these proposed rate requests will have a dramatic declining effect on the amount of installed solar energy systems." PIease provide Mr. Dunay's analysis referenced in this statement. REQUEST NO. 5: On page 3, line 15, Mr. Dunay states, "They are paying for the infrastructure to connect their homes and businesses to the grid through the current fixed fees charged by the Company." Please provide any analysis performed that indicates that current fixed fees charged by the Company "[pay] for the infrastructure to connect" these homes and businesses to the Company's electrical system.
