HomeMy WebLinkAbout20120716min.docIDAHO PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION MINUTES OF DECISION MEETING JULY 16, 2012 – 1:30 P.M. In attendance were Commissioners Mack Redford and Marsha Smith, with Commissioner Paul Kjellander participating by telephone. Commissioner Redford called the meeting to order. The first order of business was APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM PREVIOUS MEETING on Monday, July 9, 2012. The Commission voted unanimously to approve the minutes as written. The next order of business was approval of the CONSENT AGENDA: 2. Grace Seaman's July 13, 2012 Decision Memorandum re: CenturyTel of Idaho, Inc. and CenturyTel of the Gem State, Inc.'s Advice Letters 12-04 to Revise Lifeline and Link Up. 3. Grace Seaman's July 13, 2012 Decision Memorandum re: Potlatch Telephone Company's Advice letter 12-04 to Revise the Low Income Telephone Assistance Program. 4. Grace Seaman's July 12, 2012 Decision Memorandum re: Qwest DBA CenturyLink's Application for Approval of Amendment to the Interconnection Agreement with Dishnet Wireline fka Liberty-Bell Telecom, Case No. QWE-T-10-06. 5. Grace Seaman's July 12, 2012 Decision Memorandum re: Qwest dba CenturyLink QC's Application for Approval of Amendment to the Interconnection Agreement with Metropolitan Telecommunications of Idaho, Case No. QWE-T-05-5. 6. Grace Seaman's July 13, 2012 Decision Memorandum re: Silver Star Communications and Teton Telecom's Filings to Remove Broadband Safe and Secure Measured End User Service, Revise Residential Measured Service, and Remove References to the Link Up Program; Advice Letters Dated June 29, 2012. There was no discussion and the Commission voted unanimously to approve Staff’s recommendations for items 2 through 6 on the Consent Agenda. The final order of business was FULLY SUBMITTED MATTERS: 7. Deliberation re: New Edge Network's CPCN Application, Case No. NEN-T-11-01. [Karl Klein, Attorney] 8. Deliberation re: Idaho Power and Yellowstone Power Settlement Stipulation, Case No. IPC-E-10-22. [Kristine Sasser, Attorney] Commissioner Redford stated that items 7 and 8 would be deliberated privately.
