Please provide the rate design workpapers used to confirm the currently authorized revenue requirement will be collected if the proposed rates are approved. SUPPLEMENTAL RESPONSE TO REQUEST NO. 2: Per a discussion with the Idaho Public Utilities Commission Staff on January 23, 2013, the Company is providing the Excel file included on the non-confidential CD as a supplement to its initial response to this Request.
