COMES NOW, Idaho Power Company ("Company") and supplements its
responses to the Commission Staffs Production Request Nos. 2 and 8 to Idaho Power
Company dated December 27, 2012, as follows:
IDAHO POWER COMPANY'S SUPPLEMENTAL RESPONSES TO
THE COMMISSION STAFF'S PRODUCTION REQUEST NOS. 2 AND 8-1
REQUEST NO. 2: On page 20 of Mall Larkin's testimony, he says the "proposed
schedules simply modify the charges through which the Company collects its currently
authorized revenue requirement without modifying the level of revenue collection."
Please provide the rate design workpapers used to confirm the currently authorized
revenue requirement will be collected if the proposed rates are approved.
SUPPLEMENTAL RESPONSE TO REQUEST NO. 2: Per a discussion with the
Idaho Public Utilities Commission Staff on January 23, 2013, the Company is providing
the Excel file included on the non-confidential CD as a supplement to its initial response
to this Request.
The response to this Request was prepared by Matthew T. Larkin, Regulatory
Analyst II, Idaho Power Company, in consultation with Julia A. Hilton, Corporate
Counsel, Idaho Power Company.

REQUEST NO. 8: Please provide the following for each Idaho customer
currently taking Net Metering Service:
• Rate Class
• Effective Date
• City
• Generation Type
• Total Watts
SUPPLEMENTAL RESPONSE TO REQUEST NO. 8: Per a discussion with the
Idaho Public Utilities Commission Staff on January 23, 2013, the Company is providing
the confidential Excel file included on the confidential CD as a supplement to its initial
response to this Request. The confidential CD will be provided to those parties that
have executed the Protective Agreement in this matter.
The response to this Request was prepared by Matthew T. Larkin, Regulatory
Analyst II, Idaho Power Company, in consultation with Julia A. Hilton, Corporate
Counsel, Idaho Power Company.
