Enclosed please find IPUC Order No. 32692 and a copy of the Complaint and Petition
issued against New Energy Two, LLC in Case No. IPC-E-12-25 and a copy of the
Complaint and Petition issued against New Energy Three, LLC in Case No. IPC-E-12-26.
As directed in the Order, New Energy Two, New Energy Three, and Exergy
Development of Idaho are to file written answers or motions in defense of said
Complaints with this Commission no later than December 27, 2012.
I am not enclosing the attachments to the Complaints due to their large size and the fact
