MINUTES OF DECISION MEETING
JUNE 4, 2012 – 1:30 P.M.
In attendance were Commissioners Paul Kjellander, Mack Redford and Marsha Smith.
Commissioner Kjellander called the meeting to order. The first order of business was
APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM PREVIOUS MEETING on Wednesday, May 30, 2012. The Commission voted unanimously to approve the minutes as written.
The next order of business was approval of the CONSENT AGENDA:
2. Carolee Hall's May 31, 2012 Decision Memorandum re: Application to Amend a Negotiated Wireless Traffic Exchange Agreement Between TDS Telecommunications Corporation (TDS) and AT&T Mobility (AT&T), Case No. POT-T-05-01. 3. Grace Seaman's May 30, 2012 Decision Memorandum re: Fremont Telecom Company dba Fairpoint Communications and Fretel Communications, LLD dba Fairpoint Communications' Advice Letters 12-02. 4. Grace Seaman's May 30, 2012 Decision Memorandum re: Qwest Corporation dba CenturyLink's Application for Approval to Amend the Interconnection Agreement with LXI-CLEC, LLC, Case No. QWE-T-11-12. 5. Karl Klein's May 30, 2012 Decision Memorandum re: Rocky Mountain Power's Application to Revise Electric Schedule 115, FinAnswer Express, Case No. PAC-E-12-10. 6. Kristine Sasser's May 30, 2012 Decision Memorandum re: Adjustable Portion of Avoided Cost Rate, Revised/Updated Calculation for Existing Contracts, Case No. GNR-E-12-02 (Idaho Power, Avista, PacifiCorp); Annual Variable Energy Rate Adjustment -- 1992 Amendment QF Contracts, Case No. PAC-E-12-09 (PacifiCorp).
There was no discussion and the Commission voted unanimously to approve Staff’s recommendations for items 2 through 6 on the Consent Agenda.
The final order of business was FULLY SUBMITTED MATTERS:
7. Deliberation re: Application of T-Mobile West Corporation for Conditional Designation as an Eligible Telecommunications Carrier, Case No. TMW-T-10-01. [Neil Price, Attorney] 8. Deliberation re: Rocky Mountain Power's Application for Approval of Its ESA with Agrium, Case No. PAC-E-12-06. [Neil Price, Attorney] 9. Deliberation re: Commission's Review of Telephone Customer Relations Rule 502 (IDAPA 31.41.01.502), Case No. GNR-T-12-03. [Weldon Stutzman, Attorney]
Commissioner Kjellander stated that items 7 through 9 would be deliberated privately.
There was no further business before the Commission and Commissioner Kjellander adjourned the meeting.
