COMES NOW, Idaho Power Company ("Idaho Power" or "Company"), and in
response to the Third Production Request of the Commission Staff to Idaho Power
Company dated May 25, 2012, herewith submits the following information:
IDAHO POWER COMPANY'S RESPONSE TO THE THIRD PRODUCTION
REQUEST OF THE COMMISSION STAFF TO IDAHO POWER COMPANY -1
REQUEST NO. 26: Please provide a copy of the most recent version of the
Company's contract and amendment(s) with EnerNOC for the FlexPeak demand
response program.
RESPONSE TO REQUEST NO. 26: The requested information is proprietary
and confidential. It will be provided to the Idaho Public Utilities Commission Staff under
its audit authority pursuant to Idaho Code § 61-610 and Rule of Procedure 227 (IDAPA
31.01.01.227).
The response to this Request was prepared by Pete Pengilly, Customer
Research and Analysis Leader, Customer Operations, Idaho Power Company, in
