Along with the answer to each question, please provide any supporting documents, workpapers, calculations, or information sources Idao Power relies upon to support its answer. As requied by IDAPA 31.01.01.228.02, please indicate the witness who ca answer question regadig the response and who wil sponsor the response at any hearng. If any responses include Excel spreadsheets or other electronic fies, please provide them with all formulas intact and activated. As allowed by IDAP A 31.01.01.228.01, if the volume of any response indicates it would be more feasible to do so the Conservation Paries agree to the Company depositing the response in an electronic depository. Accordigly, we respectfuly ask Idao Power to provide additional documents and information that may supplement any initial responses. 1 st Production Request of ICL, NWC, and SNA 1 October 25, 2011 REQUEST NO 1: Please provide the dollar amount Idao Power ha spent each year on evauation, measurement and verification of all Demand Side Management programs for 2008, 2009, and 2010. Please include the total costs for both internal and external reviews as well as labor, overhead, materials, and any other expenses. REQUEST NO 2: Please provide Idao Power's most recently avaiable forecast of spending for evaluation, measurement and verification of all Demand Side Management progrs for 2011 and 2012. REQUEST NO 3: Please answer the followig regardig Company's evaluation plan for 2010- 2012 found on pages 4-6 of Supplement 2 of Idao Power's 2010 Demand Side Management Ann ua Report. a. Does Idao Power stil intend to follow the plan as described? b. Would a reduction in the Energy Efficiency Rider level change this evaluation plan? If the answer is yes, pleas describe how so. If the answer is no, please describe how the Company intends to adjust progr budgets to maintai the evaluation plan whie stil acquig all cost effective energy effciency. REQUEST NO 4: Page 127 of Idao Power's 2010 Demand Side Management Annua Report indicates the Idao Energy Efficiency Rider was underfunded by $17,592,938. In Order No 32331, the Commission found all 2010 DSM spendig was prudent. a. What is the most recent balance in the Idao Energy Efficiency Rider account for expenses incured in 2010 but yet to be recovered by the Company? b. If ratepayers owe the Company for prudently incured energy effciency expenses does the Company collect an interest chare on this amount?
