Energy Coalition and the Snake River Allance, collectively the Conservation Paries, with the followig production requests. Along with the answer to each question, please provide any supporting documents, workpapers, calculations, or information sources the Idao PUC Staff relies upon to support its answer. As requied by IDAPA 31.01.01.228.02, please indicate the witness who can answer question regarding the response and who wil sponsor the response at any hearg. If any responses include Excel spreadsheets or other electronic fies, please provide them with all formulas intact and activated. As allowed by IDAPA 31.01.01.228.01, if the volume of any response indicates it would be more feasible to do so the Conservtion Paries agree to the Idao PUC Staff depositing the response in an electronic depository. Please quatify the cost of these increased energy effciency activities. REQUEST NO 2: Please refer to Idao Power's 2009 Demand Side Management Potential Study. a. Does the Idao PUC staff expect Idao Power to acquie the economic potential for energ effciency identified in this study? b. If the answer is yes, please describe how setting the Energy Effciency Rider level at 4% supports this expectation. c. If the answer is no, please explai how the Idao PUC Staff determines if the Company is fulfiling the Commission's diective to acquire all cost effective energy efficiency.
