The Staff of the Idaho Public Utilties Commission, by and through its attorneys of
record, Donald L. Howell, II and Karl T. Klein, Deputy Attorneys General, requests that Idaho
Power CompaiiY (Company; IPC) provide the following documents and information as soon as
possible, but no later than THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 15, 2011.
This Production Request is to be considered as continuing, and the Company is requested
to provide, by way of supplementar responses, additional documents that it or any person acting
on its behalf may later obtain that will augment the documents or information produced.
Please provide answers to each question, supporting workpapers that provide detail or are
the source of information used in calculations, and the name, job title and telephone number of
the person preparing the documents. Please identify the name, job title, location and telephone
number of the record holder.

Excel and electronic fies on CD with formulas activated.
REQUEST NO. 181: Following the 2011 program seasons, please provide a schedule
showing the anual payment amounts made to:
a) Irrigators paricipating in the Irrigation Peak Rewards Program (specify fixed vs.
variable),
b) Residential customers paricipating in the AC Cool Credit Program, and
c) EnerNoc through the Flex Peak Management Program.
REQUEST NO. 182: Please explain why the Company distributed forecasted energy to
each tier based on the actual proportions in 2010, specifically when energy usage in each block is
,
influenced by weather? As par of the response, please explain why an average of multiple years
wasn't used, or why the 2010 proportions were not adjusted for weather using a bottom-up
forecasting approach.
REQUEST NO. 183: From 2007 through the most recent data available for 2011, please
provide an executable electronic bil frequency analysis for Schedules 1 and 7. Please provide
the number of bils in each block, kWh in each block, and kWh biled in each block. Please
provide this on a billng month basis and provide the information in the following blocks.
