MINUTES OF DECISION MEETING
FEBRUARY 27, 2012 – 1:30 P.M.
In attendance were Commissioners Paul Kjellander and Mack Redford. Commissioner Marsha Smith was absent and excused.
Commissioner Kjellander called the meeting to order. The only order of business was MATTERS IN PROGRESS:
1. Karl Klein's February 23, 2012 Decision Memorandum re: Avista's Purchased Gas Cost Adjustment (PGA) Proposed March 1, 2012 Rate Decrease, Case No. AVU-G-12-01.
Mr. Klein reviewed his Decision Memo. There was no discussion. Commissioner Redford made a motion to approve Avista’s Application to decrease its rates without further comment or procedure. A vote was taken on the motion and it carried unanimously.
There was no further business before the Commission and Commissioner Kjellander adjourned the meeting.
