The Staff of the Idaho Public Utilties Commission, by and through its attorneys of
record, Donald L. Howell, II and Karl T. Klein, Deputy Attorneys General, requests that Idaho
Power Company (Company; IPC) provide the following documents and information as soon as
possible, but no later than MONDAY, AUGUST 15,2011.
This Production Request is to be considered as continuing, and Idaho Power Company is
requested to provide, by way of supplementary responses, additional documents that it or any
person acting on its behalf may later obtain that wil augment the documents or information
produced.
Please provide answers to each question, supporting workpapers that provide detail or are
the source of information used in calculations, and the name, job title and telephone number of

the person preparing the documents. Please identify the name, job title, location and telephone
number of the record holder.
In addition to the written copies provided as response to the requests, please provide all
Excel and electronic fies on CD with formulas activated.
REQUEST NO. 31: It appears that Idaho Power Company's Class Cost of Service filing
incorrectly used unweighted D 13 allocation factors. Please provide a cost of service study that
uses the average of the weighted and unweighted D 13 allocation factors as accepted by the
Commission in Idaho Power's last General Rate Case. Please provide the complete model in
excel format with all formulas functionaL.
REQUEST NO. 32: Please provide a Jurisdictional Separations Study based on the
Company's data used in this case but apply FERC required methodology. Please provide the
complete model in Excel format with all formulas fuctionaL.
REQUEST NO. 33: Please provide a breakdown of revenue from Facilties Charges for
all schedules. Show the expected revenue from existing Facilities Charges and from the
Facilties Charges proposed in this case.
