Davidson, of Holland & Hart LLP, requests that Idaho Power Company (Company; IPC) provide the following documents and information as soon as possible, but no later than THURSDAY, AUGUST 4, 2011. SECOND PRODUCTION REQUEST TO IDAHO POWER COMPANY IPC-E-II-08 This Production Request is to be considered as continuing, and Idaho Power Company is requested to provide, by way of supplementa responses, additional documents that it or any person acting on its behalf may later obtain that wil augment the documents or information produced. Please provide answers to each question, supporting work papers that provide detail or are the source of information used in calculations, and the name, job title and telephone number of the person preparing the documents. Please identify the name, job title, location and telephone number otthe record holder. In addition to the written copies provided as response to the request, please provide all Excel and electronic fies on CD with formulas activated. REQUEST NO. 2-1: For projects greater than $2.0 milion provide plant closings by month for each month of the test period by project. REQUEST NO. 2-2: Provide all spreadsheet, documents for other workpapers for all closings to plant during the test period. REQUEST NO. 2-3: For all projects greater than $2.0 millon provide closings to plant for each of the last ten years by project and by month. REQUEST NO. 2-4: Provide all data, workpapers and spreadsheets used to develop forecast sales revenues by class and by month for the test year. REQUEST NO. 2-5: Provide the most recent marginal cost study prepared by the company. REQUEST NO. 2-6: Provide in electronic format the actual Excel workbooks used to prepare the cost of service studies, including all the input data and formulas. 2 SECOND PRODUCTION REQUEST TO IDAHO POWER COMPANY IPC-E-II-08 REQUEST NO. 2-7: Provide all cost of service studies prepared by the Company for rate proceedings since 2000. REQUEST NO. 2-8: Provide the Company's most recent Integrated Resource Plan. REQUEST NO. 2-9: Provide generation, maximum hourly generation, minimum hourly generation by month for all IPC owned resources for each of the last 5 years. REQUEST NO. 2-10: Provide monthly system retail sales and coincident peak loads for the last 10 years. REQUEST NO. 2-11: Provide all LOLP or other capacity riskor load loss studies performed by or for the Company during the last 3 years. REQUEST NO. 2-12: Provide monthly firm purchased energy amounts for all energy purchased by supplier for each month and each supplier for the last 3 years. REQUEST NO. 2-13: Provide all data, workpapers, spreadsheets and other documents used to develop the annualizing adjustments to rate base for the test year. REQUEST NO. 2-14: Provide all requests for proposals for firm energy purchases, including all requested terms and conditions, issued by IPC during the last 3 years. REQUEST NO. 2-15: Provide all workpapers, spreadsheets, documents and other materials to develop the test year results of operations and revenue deficiency. REQUEST NO. 2-16: What level oftest year wheeling revenues is included in the IPC filing and where are they found and developed in this GRC fiing? REQUEST NO. 2-17: How are test year wheeling revenues allocated in the Company filing. 3 SECOND PRODUCTION REQUEST TO IDAHO POWER COMPANY IPC-E-II-08 REQUEST NO. 2-18: Please identify the manner in which the test year wheeling revenues are allocated among state and federal jurisdictions. Provide work papers for same. REQUEST NO. 2-19: What is the FERC Docket No. for the Company's last approved OATT filing? REQUEST NO. 2-20: What is the level ofFERC Account 456.1 revenues that are contained in the Company's last approved OATT filing. REQUEST NO. 2-21: When does the Company plan to file a new OA IT fiing with FERC? REQUEST NO. 2-22: What is the most recent status of the Gateway West transmission project, including projected constrction schedules, budgets, and expected completion dates of each segment of Gateway West? REQUEST NO. 2-23: For the most recent year that data are available, please identify all of the Company's OAIT Long-Term Firm Point-to-Point transmission service customers and current revenues paid by same. REQUEST NO. 2-24: For the most recent year that data are available, please identify all of the Company's OATT Network Service customers and curent revenues paid by same. REQUEST NO. 2-25: Please provide the annual wheeling revenues received by the Company for the last 5 years.
