RESPONSE TO REQUEST NO. 18: Idaho Public Utilties Commission ("Commission") Staff ("Staff') provided Table 1 below, and included on the enclosed CD, in an e-mail communication on June 20, 2011. The table was produced by Commission Staff in conjunction with Case No. IPC-E-11-06, Idaho Powets 2011 Power Cost Adjustment ("PCA"), and shows Idaho Energy Efficiency Rider ("Riden funding by rate class. Table 2 below, and included on the enclosed CD, was produced by Idaho Power in response to Staff's Audit Request No. 11 in the PCA docket and shows Rider funding by customer class. There is a $46 variance between the two tables, excluding interest. This variance is caused by an incorrect accounting entry in Idaho Power's Customer Information System, which attributed Oregon Rate Schedule 41 Street Lighting Service Rider funding to the Company's Idaho jurisdiction. RESPONSE TO REQUEST NO. 19: The megawatt-hour ("MWh") sales by sector published on page 8 of Idaho Power's Demand-Side Management 2010 Annual Report ("Report") are preliminary estimates which were available prior to the production of the Report. The table provided below is the final MWh sales data included in Idaho Powets FERC Form NO.1, and varies slightly from what was published in the Report.
