The Staff of the Idaho Public Utilties Commission, by and through its attorney of record,
Weldon B. Stutzman, Deputy Attorney General, requests that Idaho Power Company (Company;
IPC) provide the following documents and information as soon as possible, but no later than
WEDNESDAY, JUNE 22, 2011.

REQUEST NO. 17: Please explain why the budget for the Flex Peak Management
program increased without a corresponding increase in energy savings between 2009 to 2010.
