COMES NOW, Idaho Power Company ("Idaho Powet'), and in response to the
First Production Request of the Commission Staff to Idaho Power company dated
March 9, 2011, herewith submits the following information:
IDAHO POWER COMPANY'S RESPONSE TO THE FIRST PRODUCTION
REQUEST OF THE COMMISSION STAFF TO IDAHO POWER COMPANY - 1
REQUEST NO.1: Please provide a map showing the following for the two
projects:
· project boundaries,
· location of individual wind turbine generators,
· location of nearest cities, towns and major roads,
· location of nearest transmission lines of the purchasing utility, and
· planned or existing utilty substations to be utilzed by the projects.
Please provide the map at a scale suitable to clearly distinguish the locations and
approximate distances between individual wind turbine generators.
RESPONSE TO REQUEST NO.1: Idaho Power does not possess all of the
information requested above. However, Idaho Power forwarded Staffs Production
Request NO.1 to each project, see Attachment NO.1. In response to Idaho Power's
request, the projects provided the hard copy maps included herein as Attachment NO.2.
Electronic versions of the maps are also being simultaneously provided to Kris Sasser
and Rick Sterling for Commission Staff.
The response to this Request was prepared by Randy Allphin, Senior Energy
Contracts Coordinator, Idaho Power Company, in consultation with Donovan E. Walker,
Lead Counsel, Idaho Power Company.

On March 9, 2010 the Idaho Public Utilities Commission (IPUC) staff issued the Firt
Production Request to Idaho Power in the above referenced IPUC cases. A copy of that
Production Request is attched.
This production requests asks Idaho Power to provide a map showing the following for each
project:
. Project boundares,
. Location of individual wind generators
. Location of nearest cities, towns and major roads
. Location of nearest transmission lines of the purchasing utility, and
. Planed or existing utility substations to be utilized by the projects

Power no later than 5 PM, Tuesday March 15, 2011 so that we can comply with the IPUC
Staff s request to supply ths data no later th March 16, 2011.
