SUBJECT: ALPHA, BRAVO, CHARLIE, DELTA AND ECHO WIND COMPLAINTS
AGAINST IDAHO POWER COMPANY, CASE NOS. IPC-E-10-32 THRU

On November 8, 2010, Alpha, Bravo, Charlie, Delta and Echo Wind, LLCs filed
formal complaints against Idaho Power Company for failing to negotiate in good faith "standard
PPA[s] at the published avoided cost rates." Complaint at 1. On November 30, 2010, counsel
for the projects requested that the Commission not issue a summons to Idaho Power, as the
parties were discussing settlement options. Since that time, the complaints have remained
inactive. Neither party requested that the Commission take any action to proceed on the above-
identified dockets. On May 21, 2012, Alpha, Bravo, Charlie, Delta and Echo Wind each filed a
Notice of Withdrawal of its complaint. The projects state that they "will not continue
discussions with Idaho Power Company or attempt to litigate the Complaint further." Notice(s)
of Withdrawal at 1. The projects, therefore, request that the Commission close the corresponding
dockets.
Consequently, based on the request of the projects that their complaints be withdrawn
and that the cases be closed, IPC-E-10-32, IPC-E-10-33, IPC-E-10-34, IPC-E-10-35 and IPC-E-
10-36 should now be closed.
