MINUTES OF DECISION MEETING
NOVEMBER 28, 2011 – 1:30 P.M.
In attendance were Commissioners Paul Kjellander, Mack Redford and Marsha Smith.
Commissioner Kjellander called the meeting to order. The first order of business was APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM PREVIOUS MEETING on Thursday, November 17, 2011. The Commission voted unanimously to approve the minutes as written.
The second order of business was approval of the CONSENT AGENDA:

Terri Carlock's November 23, 2011 Decision Memorandum re: Annual Determination of the Interest Rates on Deposits Collected from Customers for the Calendar Year 2012, Case No. GNR-U-11-01.
The Commission voted unanimously to approve Staff’s recommendations for items 2 - 11 on the Consent Agenda. Regarding item 4, Commissioner Smith stated she was pleased the Commission is re-implementing the Residential Exchange Credit for residential customers in Rocky Mountain Power’s service area, and Commissioner Kjellander thanked staff for its work in the Bonneville Power proceedings.
There was no further business before the Commission and Commissioner Kjellander adjourned the meeting.
