Guidelines for the Procurement of Supply-Side Resources by Idaho Power
Dear Mr. Woodbury:
Because Idaho Power already filed its proposed RFP guidelines and those
guidelines were included in Staffs initial matrix, Idaho Power wil not be filing any additional
material for inclusion in the matrix that Staff wil prepare after it receives submittals from
the various participants.
Idaho Power assumes that Staff wil propose a procedural schedule to address the
full matrix and the Company wil have an opportunity to provide responsive comments in
the course of those further proceedings.
