COMES NOW, Idaho Power Company ("Idaho Powet' or "the Company"), and in
response to the First Production of Request of the Commission Staff to Idaho Power
Company dated January 22,2010, herewith submits the following information:
IDAHO POWER COMPANY'S RESPONSE TO THE FIRST PRODUCTION
REQUEST OF THE COMMISSION STAFF TO IDAHO POWER COMPANY - 1
REQUEST NO.1: Please provide the data and calculations that develop the
allocation factors (D10 and E10) shown on Company Exhibit No. 4 for the 2010
Forecast Year.
RESPONSE TO REQUEST NO.1: Attached to this response is a CD containing
the Company's 2010 Forecast Yeats:
1. Development of Demand-Related Allocation Factors, and
2. Development of Energy-Related Allocation Factors.
In addition, the CD provided also includes additional detail in support of the two
allocation reports above.
The response to this Request was prepared by Tim Tatum, Cost of Service
Manager, Idaho Power Company, in consultation with Barton L. Kline, Lead Counsel,
Idaho Power Company.
