Dear Ms. Jewell:
Enclosed are two confidential disks (3 copies of each) which contain documents
being provided in supplemental response to Staffs First Production Request (Nos. 36, 50,
70, 76, 77, and a general request regarding the Benchmark Proposal). Copies of the
enclosed disks are being provided to the parties who have executed the Protective
Agreement, including Exhibits A, B, and C.
Please note, as there is no supplemental written information to accompany the
documents on the disks, a formal pleading was not prepared. If, however, you wish Idaho
Power to produce the information in a formal pleading, please let me know.
Finally, I would appreciate it if you would return a stamped copy of this letter for
Idaho Power's file in the enclosed stamped, self-addressed envelope.
