CASE NO. IPC-E-09-03 NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL OF DISCOVERY REQUEST NO.4 COMES NOW Invenergy Thermal Development LLC, and withdraws Discovery Request No.4 previously served on Idaho Power Company. Discovery Request No.4 stated: "Please provide the name, job title and job description for each member ofIdao Power's Power Production group. (DTVP pg. 4)". Discovery Request No.4 was based on the Direct Testimony of Mr. Vernon Porter who stated: "The Benchmark Resource Team was led by Idaho Power's Power Production Group." (Direct Testimony of Vernon Porter, pg. 4). This testimony would cause a reasonable reader to believe that the Power Production Group was a small unt of people who provided leadership to the Benchmark Resource Team. It ha now been explained by Idaho Power Company that, in fact, the Power Production Group consists of a large number of people, and that the information sought by Discovery NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL OF DISCOVERY REQUEST NO. 4- i Request No.4 will be provided in answers to other Discovery Requests propounded by Invenergy.
