Invenergy's Request and Idaho Power's objection are as follows: IDAHO POWER COMPANY'S OBJECTION TO INVENERGY THERMAL DEVELOPMENT LLC'S DISCOVERY REQUEST NO.4 - 1 REQUEST NO.4: Please provide the name, job title and job description for each member of Idaho Power's Power Production group. (DTVP pg. 4). RESPONSE TO REQUEST NO.4: Idaho Power objects to this Request on the grounds that it is overly broad, burdensome, and not likely to lead to the discovery of relevant evidence. Idaho Power's Power Production group has nearly 200 employees. Members of the Power Production group include personnel that operate and manage the Company's hydroelectric and gas-fired generating plants, generation dispatchers, engineers, designers, material coordinators, technicians, park coordinators, ground keepers, etc. The employees within the Power Production group that might have knowledge regarding the Langley Gulch project or the RFP process that led to its selection are identified in the Responses to Invenergy's Requests Nos. 1, 3, and 5.
