IRRIGATION PEAK REWARDS PROGRAM
Dear Ms. Jewell:
Enclosed please find nine copies of a revised page 23 to Timothy E. Tatum's
testimony. Unfortunately, we incorrectly identified the exhibits to the Stipulation as
attachments and forgot to insert the exhibit letters. We apologize for this error and would
request that the previous page 23 filed in Mr. Tatum's testimony be replaced with the
enclosed page 23in the offcial version of his testimony.
In addition, I have enclosed a new disk for the Reporter containing both Mr. Said's
and Mr. Tatum's testimonies. There have been no changes to Mr. Said's testimony.
However, Mr. Tatum's testimony contains the corrected page 23.1 thought it would be
beneficial for the Reporter to have the most current version of Mr. Tatum's testimony.
Thus, I would request that you destroy the Reporter's disk previously provided.
If you have any questions about this matter, please do not hesitate to contact me.
