Maggie Brilz indicated that manual intervention within the CiS is needed to establish customers on TOU programs. She indicated that the manual process takes 20 minutes to complete. Is that manual process a one time occurrence when a customer is set up and taken off a TOU program or is the manual process ongoing each hour, day, week, month, etc.? RESPONSE TO SUPPLEMENTAL REQUEST NO.8: The manual process takes 20 minutes to initially set up a customer on a TOU program. The manual process also takes 20 minutes to remove a customer from a TOU program. The manual process is not necessary outside of the account set up or removaL. This response to this Request was prepared by Maggie Brilz, Customer Service Manager, Idaho Power Company, in consultation with Donovan E. Walker, Corporate Counsel, Idaho Power Company. IDAHO POWER COMPANY'S SECOND SUPPLEMENTAL RESPONSE TO THE PRODUCTION REQUESTS OF THE COMMISSION STAFF TO IDAHO POWER COMPANY - 2 SUPPLEMENTAL REQUEST NO. 47: Does the Company have updated participation numbers for customers accessing the Nexus Softare to view their usage date at the Company's website?
