MINUTES OF DECISION MEETING
AUGUST 8, 2011 – 1:30 P.M.
In attendance were Commissioners Paul Kjellander, Mack Redford, and Marsha Smith.
Commissioner Kjellander called the meeting to order. The first order of business was APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM PREVIOUS MEETING on Monday, August 1, 2011. The Commission voted unanimously to approve the minutes as written.
The second order of business was approval of the CONSENT AGENDA:
2. Grace Seaman's August 5, 2011 Decision Memorandum re: Albion Telephone Company's 2010 Broadband Equipment Tax Credit Application, Case No. ALB-T-11-01. 3. Grace Seaman's August 5, 2011 Decision Memorandum re: CenturyTel of Idaho, Inc.'s 2010 Broadband Equipment Tax Credit Application, Case No. CEN-T-11-03. 4. Grace Seaman's August 5, 2011 Decision Memorandum re: CenturyTel of the Gem State, Inc.'s 2010 Broadband Equipment Tax Credit Application, Case No. CGS-T-11-02.
There was no discussion and the Commission voted unanimously to approve Staff’s recommendations for items 2 - 4 on the Consent Agenda.
The final order of business was FULLY SUBMITTED MATTERS:
5. Deliberation re: Capitol Water's Application to Revise Its PPCA, Case No. CAP-W-11-01. [Karl Klein, Attorney] 6. Deliberation re: Brian Water Corporation's Application to Increase Its Base Rates, Case No. BRN-W-11-01. [Kristine Sasser, Attorney] 7. Deliberation re: Rocky Mountain Power's Request for a Revised and Restated Power Purchase Agreement Between Lower Valley Energy, Inc. and PacifiCorp, Case No. PAC-E-11-15. [Kristine Sasser, Attorney] 8. Deliberation re: Application of Resort Water Company for the De-annexation of a Portion of Its Service Territory, Case No. RES-W-11-01. [Neil Price, Attorney] 9. Deliberation re: Idaho Power's Application for a Prudency Determination of 2010 Energy Efficiency Rider Expenditures, Case No. IPC-E-11-05. [Weldon Stutzman, Attorney]
Commissioner Kjellander stated that items 5 - 9 would be deliberated privately.
There was no further business before the Commission and Commissioner Kjellander adjourned the meeting.
