The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), by and through its attorney of record,
Arthur Perry Bruder, provides. the following response to Idaho Power Company's
November 14, 2008 Production Request to DOE.
INTERROGATORY
1) provide copies of all electronic files, with formulas intact, that
were used or relied on to develop the analyses and schedules supporting
Mr. Kahal' s testimony. 7
2) provide copies of all workpapers and supporting documents relied on
to support Mr. Kahal' s testimony or analyses.
RESPONSE
There are no electronic _i¡preadsheets or files in support of my
testimony. All of the supporting analyses are on the schedules
accompanying my testimony. The supporting documents are also
identified on the schedules, and are from data responses provided by
IPC or publicly-available sources. These include commercial
publications such as Value Line and Standard & Poor's Stock Guide, and
information obtained from public Web sites such as Yahoo Finance or the
Federal Reserve.
