REQUEST NO.5: Please provide a complete copy of the Blue Chip Economic
Indicators (October 10, 2008) publication referenced on page 35, line 17 of Mr. Kahal's
testimony.
RESPONSE NO.5: Blue Chip Economic Indicators is a commercial publication
available to Idaho Power Company by subscription from the publisher. Attached to ths response
is the portion of that publication relied upon by Mr. Kaal for puroses of his testimony. (The

textbook that is available to Idaho Power Company. Attched to this response is the portion of
that text book that was considered and utilized by Mr. Kahal in the preparation of his testimony.
