This production request is to be deemed continuing in nature and CAPAI is requested to provide, through supplementation, additional documents or information that is responsive to this request that it, or any person acting on its behalf, may later come into possession or become aware of. REQUEST NO.2 TO CAPAI WITNESS OTTENS: On page 6, lines 20-21, Ms. Ottens indicates that "(currently only 10% of the homes receiving a L1HEAP benefit are weatherized)." Please provide the data underlying the analysis of electric-only L1HEAP versus weatherization recipients, and an explanation of how this percentage was determined. REQUEST NO.3 TO CAPAI WITNESS OTTENS: On page 9, Ms. Ottens proposes that Idaho Power compile a monthly arrearage report to be provided to CAPAI and other interested parties.
