Are the Idaho Power customer contribution totals below reflective of Idaho customers only or do they include Oregon customers too? If they include both, are you able to provide me with the total contribution made by Idaho customers only? b. Are the Shareholder contributions below for Idaho Customers only? If no, can you break out Idaho vs. Oregon. Do you have the dollar amount paid out for fiscal year 2007/2008? e. Is it possible to get the monthly disbursement numbers for fiscal years 2004/2005,2005/2006,2006/2007,2007/2008 for Idaho only. f. Do you know if the Salvation Army or Idaho Power tracks the total number of Idaho Power customers who received Project Share benefits in 2004/2005, 2005/2006,2006/2007,2007/2008 vs. non-Idaho Power customers? g. Do you know if there is a report that gives a breakdown of money paid and the total amount of individuals who received benefits for all heating sources (electric, wood, oil, propane, etc.). Customer donations are tracked by vendor/utility and not broken out by state. b. Shareholder contributions, beyond the administrative fee, are added to the pooled funds used to provide assistance to families in need regardless of fuel source or area of residence. See above figures. d. Salvation Army is currently closing their year-end books and preparing a report. e. The Salvation Army does not report on a monthly basis but wil begin, at Idaho Power's request, providing monthly reports starting with the 2008/2009 heating season. f. The total number of customers per specific vendor are not tracked by The Salvation Army. Tracking is broken out by fuel souræ, not vendor. IDAHO POWER COMPANY'S SUPPLEMENTAL RESPONSE TO THE FIFTH PRODUCTION REQUEST OF THE COMMISSION STAFF TO IDAHO POWER COMPANY - 3 g. The Salvation Army reports dollar assistanæ type by vendor. The number of individuals served is broken out by county, not fuel source. Natural gas grants are provided to Intermountain Gas. Electricity grants are split between Idaho Power, City of Burley, City of Heyburn, City of Rupert, City of Weiser, and United Electric Co-Op, Inc. Oil, Propane, Coal, and Wood grants go to regional vendors. Furnace repair is not specified as to type of furnace. 2004/2005: Total individuals helped: 5,549 Intermountain Gas=$38,400, electric vendors=$188,509, oil vendors=$5, 171, propane vendors=$7,075, wood vendors=$1 ,008, and furnaæ repair=$730 2005/2006: Total individuals helped: 5,500 Intermountain Gas=$55,225, electric vendors=$176,910, oil vendors=$6,467, propane vendors=$7, 169, wood vendors=$1 ,150, and furnace repair=$295 2006/2007: Total individuals helped: 6,255 Intermountain Gas=$69,903, electric vendors=$161 ,452, oil vendors=$10,648, propane vendors=$8,815, wood vendors=$1 ,600, furnace repair=$140.
