SUPPLEMENTAL RESPONSE TO REQUEST NO.9: Please note that Idaho Power's initial response to this request was incorrect; therefore, the below response corrects the information previously supplied by Idaho Power. Records for this response for 2004-2007 differ from the records of previous years. In this time period, as a group, the CAP agencies that contract with Idaho Power have not fully exhausted the total annual funding. Individually, some of the CAP agencies have exhausted the total annual funding. In the years 2004-2007, the following Agencies exhausted their funding: 2004 - EISSA (Eastern Idaho Special Services Agency, Inc.) 2005 - EICAP (Eastern Idaho Community Action Partnership) (formerly EISSA) 2006 - EICAP (Eastern Idaho Community Action Partnership) 2006 - EL-ADA (EI-Ada Community Action Agency, Inc) 2006 - SEICAA (Southeastern Idaho Community Action Agency) 2007 - CCOA - (Canyon County Offce on Aging-Weatherization 2007 - EICAP - (Eastern Idaho Community Action Partnership 2007 - SCCAP - (South Central Community Action Partnership 2007 - SEICAA (Southeastern Idaho Community Action Agency) Prior to 2004 and Commission Order No. 29505, Idaho Power stored its data and reported on it differently than in recent years. The pre-2004 data necessary to respond to this request is not readily available.
