Provide the dates of the transfer, as well as the monthly usage for each customer. SUPPLEMENTAL RESPONSE TO REQUEST NO. 23: Staffs initial Request No. 23 was clarified and refined during a September 15, 2008, phone conversation between Timothy Tatum, Idaho Power, and Bryan Lanspery, Commission Staff. The information included on the enclosed CD is reflective of that discussion. Included in electronic format is a listing of metered service points where customers were taking service under Schedule 7 on or after January 1, 2005, and subsequently moved to a different service schedule. For each service point, only the monthly energy usage that was biled under Schedule 7 is provided. Please note that the same "Service Point 10" may appear on multiple rows as some customers moved from Schedule 7 to another service schedule, then moved back to Schedule 7, and subsequently moved to another service schedule a second time.
