On October 17, 2008, Idaho Power delivered to the Commission a copy of its
Second Supplemental Response to the Seventh Production Request of the Commission
Staff. Produced with that Supplemental Response was an attachment. Unfortunately, this
attchment should have been produced as a confidential document. Idaho Power
believes the salary information contained in the response constitutes a trade secret and is
entitled to confidential treatment. Therefore, we would appreciate your cooperation in this
situation by removing the attachment cover page and attachment to Idaho Powets Second
Supplemental Response to the Seventh Production Request (supplemental response to
request number 124) from all copies in your possession and destroying the same.
As a replacement, enclosed herein, are copies of the attachment cover page and
attachment which have been printed on yellow paper and marked as confidential so that it
is apparent that the information is sensitive, confidential material and needs to be treated in
accordance with the Protective Agreement in place in this matter.
If you have any questions regarding the enclosed pages, please do not hesitate to
