and in response to the First Production Request of the Industrial customers of
Idaho Power to Idaho Power Company dated April 23, 2008, herewith submits the
following information:

The requested information relating to Exhibit No. 1 is on the enclosed cd.
The requested information relating to Exhibit No. 2 was printed directly
from the National Weather Service, Northwest River Forecast Center's Web site
on April 8, 2008. The Web site is dynamic and has since changed. Idaho Power
Company does not own or maintain the data on the National Weather Services
Web site, and is unable to provide an electronic copy other than the PDF
submitted in the case.
The requested information relating to Exhibit NO.3 is on the enclosed cd.
The response to this request was prepared by Celeste Schwendiman,
