Notice of Intent to Engage in Settlement Discussions
Dear Commission Secretary:
Consistent with the Notice of Application and Notice of Intervention Deadline, Order No. 30532,
issued by the Commission on April 18, 2008, the Commission Staff has convened workshops
with Idaho Power Company regarding proposed changes in its depreciation rates applicable to
electric property. Staff and the Company are the only paries in the case. As a result of the
workshops, Staff intends to engage in settlement negotiations with Idaho Power Company
regarding its proposed depreciation rates.
