The Staff of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission, by and through its attorney of record,
Weldon B. Stutzman, Deputy Attorney General, requests that Idaho Power Company (Company;
IPC) provide the following documents and information as soon as possible, but no later than
MONDAY, APRIL 14,2008.
This Production Request is to be considered as continuing, and Idaho Power Company is
requested to provide, by way of supplementar responses, additional documents that it or any
person acting on its behalf may later obtain that wil augment the documents produced.
For each item, please indicate the name of the person(s) preparng the answers, along
with the job title of such person(s) and the witness who can sponsor the answer at hearing.

Taxes, Investment Tax Credit Adjustment, Federal Income Taxes, State Income Taxes) shown
on Exhbit No.4, pages 1-2 of the Direct Testimony of Michael Youngblood.
REQUEST NO.2: Please provide workpapers, spreadsheets, AURORA input and
output fies, analysis, or other documentation to support the changes in Power Supply Costs
(Acct. 447/Surlus Sales; Acct. 501/Fuel- Thermal Plants; Acct. 547/Fuel- Other; Acct.
555/Non-Firm Purchases) shown on Exhibit No.4, page 2 of the Direct Testimony of Michael
Youngblood.
