The Staff of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission, by and through its attorney of record
Scott Woodbury, Deputy Attorney General, requests that Idaho Power Company (Company;
IPC) provide the following documents and information as soon as possible, but no later than
WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 7, 2007.
This Production Request is to be considered as continuing, and Idaho Power Company is
requested to provide, by way of supplementary responses, additional documents that it or any
person acting on its behalf may later obtain that will augment the documents produced.
For each item, please indicate the name ofthe person(s) preparing the answers, along
with the job title of such person(s) and the witness who can sponsor the answer at hearing.

correspondence from Geothermex, Inc. or its representatives related to the 2006 Geothermal
RFP, RFP evaluation criteria, the RFP Evaluation Manual , and proposal scoring (either generally
or scoring for specific individual proposals).
REQUEST NO.5: Please provide a copy of the Geothermal Power Plant
Interconnection Analysis report prepared by Power Engineers dated February 12 2007. Please
also include a copy of Power Engineers' project site location map.
REQUEST NO.6: Please provide a copy of an Idaho Power Company Board of
Directors resolution authorizing execution of a contract with Raft River Energy I, LLC.
REQUEST NO.7: Please provide a list of persons representing the 2006 Geothermal

REQUEST NO. 10: Please provide a copy ofthe Stage 1 Screening score sheets for
each proposal received in response to the RFP.
REQUEST NO. 11: Please provide a copy of the 2006 Geothermal RFP Summary
prepared by the RFP Team, dated March 2007. (The summary includes levelized costs, price
and non-price scores, capacity factors, online dates, annual generation, etc.
REQUEST NO. 12: Please provide any written descriptions of deviations from the RFP
Manual. (March 2007 memo to 2006 Geothermal RFP Evaluation Manual).
REQUEST NO. 13: Please provide levelized cost calculations with financial
assumptions for each proposal received in response to the RFP. In addition, please provide an
electronic copy of the levelized cost computation spreadsheets in an Excel format.
